support group.  You must have current telephone service with Alenco, in your home.  DSL service will be
provided via your existing Alenco line at the following rates:

DSL 256K        ----------         $ 20.70 monthly
DSL 512K        ----------         $ 30.70 monthly
DSL 768K        ----------         $ 40.70 monthly


Optional:       Lease Modem -----    $ 7.50 monthly  (includes maintenance, repair and/or replace)
                     Purchase Modem -- $75.00 (plus tax) - (buy ACI modem with 90 day warranty from
                                                                                         date of purchase)
