Total monthly charges do not include surcharges or taxes.
Your first bill will include a prorated amount for the first month of service plus a full month's billing.
Deposit is not applied toward installation charges and is returned with interest after twelve months of paying your phone bill on time.
If service is cancelled after the installation, you will be responsible for the non-recurring charges.
Your phone number is subject to change until your service has been installed.
There is a charge for each returned check.
If service is disconnected for non-payment, a reconnect fee will apply to have your service restored.
